Last Updated: October 14, 2026

  1. By subscribing to receive automated account verification, transactional, and/or promotional and personalized marketing text messages (the "Messaging Service") from SeatGeek, Inc. ("SeatGeek", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Service and SeatGeek's Terms of Use, and acknowledge having read SeatGeek's Privacy Notice. Text messages may be sent as Short Messaging Service (SMS), Rich Communication Service (RCS), or other subsequent or similar messaging format. Consent to the Messaging Service is not a condition of any purchase.
  2. Message frequency will vary. SeatGeek reserves the right to alter the frequency of text messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages.
  3. Except for account verification purposes, when you opt-in to the Messaging Service, we will send you a text message to confirm your signup.
  4. Other than text messages sent to you for account verification purposes, you can cancel the Messaging Service at any time. Just text or reply "STOP" to 560-54 for the Messaging Service. After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive the Messaging Service from us. If you want to receive a Messaging Service from us again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending the applicable messages to you again.

If, at any time, you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to 73284. After you send the message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use the Messaging Service, as well as how to unsubscribe.
