Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!sept. 15
Best Ticket App
I have most of the ticket apps, but SeatGeek is the only one I use. The tickets are consistently cheaper than other apps, and I love the feature they have where you can see the view from your seat! I will always recommend!sept. 19
Seat Geek Is Great
I love seatgeak because when I used it. Like 2 times it was very easy to find a seat I liked and it worked super well. The value dots are amazing as well green is good and red is bad and orange is ok. I like that it’s visual. Also the interface is very simplistic and easy to navigate. 5 stars!janv. 12

Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.mai 13
Very easy to use
This app is much easier to use than other ticket apps I wish we could download sales history and I also wish for buyer to have better ‘view from the seat’ (row 2 v row 30 should look different).
