What to expect at MAMAMOO’s “4WARD” U.S. tour: Setlist, start time and more

A MAMAMOO concert can turn on a dime. Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein and Hwasa might be locked into a four-part harmony, then break into a joke with the crowd before the next song even starts.

That loose chemistry is a big part of the appeal of the “4WARD” World Tour, which has all four members performing together in the U.S. again after several years dominated by solo releases and individual schedules. The tour follows MAMAMOO’s June 2026 comeback with 4WARD, a special single led by “4 Flowers.”

With the U.S. run underway, recent concerts in New York and Chicago have also given fans a much better idea of the setlist, runtime and pacing of the show. Whether you already have MAMAMOO tickets or are deciding where to sit, here’s what to know before seeing the “4WARD” tour.

Ultimate guide to MAMAMOO's “4WARD” tour

MAMAMOO’s “4WARD” tour reunites Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein and Hwasa for the group’s second world tour. The name combines the number four with “forward,” fitting a comeback centered on the four members returning to MAMAMOO after building out their individual careers.

The group released the 4WARD special single on June 4, 2026, with “4 Flowers” as its title track. The world tour opened later that month with three concerts at Olympic Hall in Seoul.

The U.S. portion includes seven shows, beginning with Belmont Park and Chicago before heading through Texas, California and Washington. It is MAMAMOO’s first full-group U.S. run since the “MY CON” tour in 2023.

What time does MAMAMOO go on stage?

Most U.S. shows are scheduled for 7:30 p.m. local time, and MAMAMOO has been getting started pretty close to that. The New York show began around 7:40 p.m., while Chicago started right at 7:30.

With no opener to buy you extra time, it’s worth getting through security and into your seat before the listed start time.

How long is a MAMAMOO concert?

The first two U.S. stops show that runtime can vary.

MAMAMOO’s August 12 concert at UBS Arena reportedly ran from about 7:40 to 10:30 p.m., or roughly two hours and 50 minutes. The August 15 Chicago show ran from approximately 7:30 to 9:50 p.m., putting it closer to two hours and 20 minutes.

That makes roughly two and a half to three hours a reasonable window to plan around, while remembering that the exact length can change with the setlist, talking sections and encore.

MAMAMOO “4WARD” tour setlist

MAMAMOO’s first two U.S. “4WARD” shows, at UBS Arena in New York and Wintrust Arena in Chicago, followed nearly the same setlist. That gives fans heading to the remaining dates a pretty good idea of what they may hear, although songs and their order can still change from city to city.

New York also began with an intro VCR that is not listed on the reported Chicago setlist. Both shows otherwise followed the same sequence from the opening run through the solo performances, late-show hits and two-song encore.

What songs from “4WARD” does MAMAMOO perform?

The U.S. shows have included “4 Flowers,” the title track from MAMAMOO’s 2026 4WARD comeback. The concerts also use video interludes featuring “Little Fairy Friends 4” and “Real Romance! MAMAMOO’s I Won’t Let Go.”

Those newer songs are worked into a setlist that spends plenty of time on the group’s older catalog, so the show feels more like a full-career MAMAMOO concert than a showcase for one release.

Does MAMAMOO perform older hits?

Yes. The New York and Chicago shows included “Mr. Ambiguous,” “Piano Man,” “Décalcomanie,” “I Miss You,” “Starry Night,” “Egotistic,” “HIP,” “Dingga,” “gogobebe,” “Wind Flower,” “You’re the Best” and “Um Oh Ah Yeh.”

That gives longtime fans songs from several different MAMAMOO eras, from the group’s early vocal-heavy releases to some of its biggest later singles.

Does MAMAMOO perform solo songs?

Yes. Each member gets a solo stage during the “4WARD” concert.

At the first two U.S. shows, Hwasa performed “So Cute,” Wheein performed “The Symphony of Fxxkboys,” Moonbyul performed “Hertz” and Solar performed “Blues.”

The four solo performances come together in the middle of the show before MAMAMOO returns to the stage as a group.

Does MAMAMOO perform medleys?

Yes. The U.S. setlist includes a medley of “AZE GAG,” “Waggy,” “NEW YORK” and “Freakin Shoes,” followed by “Baton Touch.”

Later in the show, MAMAMOO also pairs “Girl Crush” with “L.I.E.C.” These shorter runs let the group work more songs into the night without stretching the concert even longer.

Is there an encore?

Yes. Both the New York and Chicago shows ended with a two-song encore featuring “You’re the Best” and “Um Oh Ah Yeh.”

That means the end of the main set is not the end of the concert. Unless you need to make an early exit, it is worth staying put for two of the group’s biggest crowd singalongs.

What to expect from the “4WARD” production

The “4WARD” show gives MAMAMOO plenty of room to do what fans know them for best: sing live, joke with each other and work the crowd.

The staging includes large video screens, lighting changes, dancers, costume changes and VCR breaks between sections. Those elements help move the concert along, especially around the solo stages, but they rarely pull attention away from the four members.

Some of the best moments are also the least scripted. A big vocal number can be followed by a joke, a comment to the crowd or an exchange between members that stretches longer than expected. That looseness keeps the show from feeling too polished or rehearsed.

When should you arrive for MAMAMOO’s concert?

With no regular opener on the U.S. dates so far, it is best to be inside before the listed start time.

Arriving around 90 minutes early gives you enough time for merch, food, photos and security without having to rush. If you are skipping those extras and heading straight to your seat, an hour early is a safer target than cutting it close.

Check the venue’s bag, parking and rideshare rules before you leave. VIP, soundcheck and early-entry ticket holders should follow the instructions sent with their package.

What to bring to a MAMAMOO concert

Have your mobile ticket loaded before you reach the arena and start the night with a fully charged phone. A portable charger can also come in handy during a long concert night.

Other useful basics include a valid ID, payment card, earplugs, comfortable shoes and a bag that meets the venue’s size rules. If you are bringing a MooMooBong, check that your arena allows lightsticks before heading out.

Leave oversized bags, professional cameras, outside food and drinks and anything else prohibited by the venue at home.

What should fans wear to the “4WARD” tour?

Yellow is closely tied to MAMAMOO’s MooMoo fandom, so it is an easy choice for fans who want to match the crowd.

Tour merch, outfits inspired by a favorite member or looks pulled from different MAMAMOO eras are also common. Some fans coordinate outfits with friends or take part in fan-organized themes for individual stops.

Whatever you wear, prioritize shoes that will still feel good after walking through the arena, standing during songs and dealing with the trip home afterward.

Is MAMAMOO’s “4WARD” tour good for younger fans?

The tour can work well for younger MAMAMOO fans, but it is still a long, loud arena concert.

Hearing protection is worth bringing for children or anyone sensitive to concert volume. Assigned seats can also make the night easier for first-time concertgoers who may want a break from standing.

Age and entry rules vary by venue, so check those before buying tickets. It also helps to agree on a pickup spot or meeting point in advance, especially with crowds pouring out of the arena after the encore.
