Chase Field, the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, was opened in 2000 and is located in downtown Phoenix. Chase Field was the first stadium built in the United States with a retractable roof.

In addition Diamondbacks’ home baseball games, the venue has hosted a variety of different events over the years. In 2006, the Insight Bowl was held at Chase Field after it moved from Arizona Stadium in Tucson. In addition to college football, the ballpark has also hosted women’s collegiate basketball nine times. One event that takes place at the stadium every year in January is Monster Jam.
