I use Seat Geek for Concert Tickets. Sometimes they send my orders to Ticketmaster to handle the process. It’s cool though. I’ve never had any problems.

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. This is best app i’ve used to purchase tickets, hands down! I purchase a ton of tickets to live events, and i’ve only had the best experiences using SeatGeek. The deal score feature is incredible and I especially like that you have seat views within the app! Real simple to use!

Everyone review is different. Mine was good. I bought tickets to see future in Washington D.C. I received confirmation email right away and tickets were sent . Looking forward to buying again. Will keep you updated.
