As stated in their advertising, they are literally the best most simple way to get tickets to your favorite events. I use Seat Geek for concerts, NHL games, and NFL games.

Purchased VIP packages for the MAYHEM Ball on opening night in sin city and looking forward to getting my paws on a package for one of the LA shows

No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.

My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. Unlike other ticket sellers there is barely any hidden fees and straight up. It makes buying tickets for me very easy

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!
