I have never had any issues and if I did they have always been there timely and with being nice to the customer . Worth the fee to purchase from here .

My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. Ive enjoyed buying Real Salt Lake tickets here. Every once in a while I'll get email promo codes, which makes it impossible to pass on a good game deal

Ap notifications on promos are good, email promos are good. It’s not an overload of spam. They need to market deals somehow, and they do it well.

My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! Everything information wise was always right at my finger tips whenever I needed it. Details were easy to understand and helpful as well! 😃👍🏽

This app is much easier to use than other ticket apps I wish we could download sales history and I also wish for buyer to have better ‘view from the seat’ (row 2 v row 30 should look different).

This is such an easy way to get tickets and at discount prices. Ticket master is good but I believe this is a way easier way to get tickets.
