Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. This Was Great!!
My first ever concert was Tyler, the Creators Chromakopia world tour in Philly. SeatGeek made not only finding amazing suite seats super easy but made finding parking easy too! Metallica
My wife and I used Seat Geek for the first time last year we bought tickets for both nights of the Metallica concert in May in Nashville and we are outside of Chicago so it was a vacation we had to save for we bought the cheapest tickets and the day of because of production issues they moved us 5 rows from the floor great seats and they made it really right. it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.May 12

Every event i’ve ever been to, I know I can always trust this app for purchasing tickets. It’s so quick and easy and I can guarantee that if you’re wanting to go to whatever event, and you’re worried about today’s prices, they’ll always be cheaper and affordable tomorrow and sometimes even after just 12 hours (it also helps when my favorite creators have promo codes I can use or save for future purchases).Nov 1
