I was looking for a gift for my boyfriend and I got tickets for his favorite team

No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.

it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.

I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.
