Reliable and User Friendly
No issues with ticket reception, unlike StubHub which has screwed me over one too many times. I do wish they would ease off on their fees a little.janv. 31

Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d bedéc. 30

Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.janv. 9
Ticket Issue
SeatGeek’s team was great in assistance when the seller was not able to transfer the tickets I purchased. SeatGeek sent us tickets in the same section closer to the rink for no additional cost. Would highly recommend.sept. 3
Should be called Seat Easy
