SeatGeek’s new feature helps fans navigate venues with ease, highlighting everything in a venue that makes event-day so special.
NEW YORK and CLEVELAND — Jan. 13, 2025 — SeatGeek, the high-growth technology platform transforming the live event experience for fans, teams, and venues, is rolling out Concourse Maps—a first-of-its-kind product feature designed to enhance the fan journey. Launching in partnership with the Cleveland Cavaliers, SeatGeek’s longtime NBA primary ticketing partner, Concourse Maps offers fans detailed, navigable venue maps that highlight essential features, including restaurants, merchandise stores, club spaces, and bathrooms. By encouraging fans to discover and engage with in-venue offerings, Concourse Maps streamlines the event-day experience and unlocks new revenue streams for teams and venues.
This feature, available directly from the ticket within Rally, SeatGeek’s fan engagement platform, represents a step forward in the live event experience by combining SeatGeek’s focus on technology with the Cavaliers’ commitment to fan satisfaction.
Unlike traditional venue maps, SeatGeek’s Concourse Maps are accessible directly from the ticket, and informed by the fan’s account information and ticket details to provide a more personalized event-day experience. Built on the same maps that power SeatGeek’s ticket buying experience, these maps surface relevant features, like the quickest route to seats or bathrooms, premium dining, and merchandise locations, all in an intuitive navigation experience.
“Live events are about more than the game—they’re about the entire experience,” said Russ D’Souza, Co-founder and President of Supply at SeatGeek. “With Concourse Maps, fans can quickly find all of the things that add value to the in-person game-day experience, whether that’s finding their favorite food or navigating to a premium club space. It’s about spending less time searching and more time enjoying, and this partnership with the Cavaliers is just the beginning as we look to iterate on the technology and roll it out to other venues.”
The Cavaliers’ commitment to innovation made them the ideal partner for this feature’s debut. By leveraging SeatGeek’s technology, the Cavs are redefining what it means to deliver a first-class fan experience.
"We are passionate about creating the most convenient and enjoyable experience for every guest who attends a game, performance or event at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Concourse Maps will serve as a powerful tool for our fans, helping them unlock a more seamless and enriching visit to our venue," said Bill Fagan, Cleveland Cavaliers, Rock Entertainment Group and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse President of Business Operations. "Through our innovative partnership with SeatGeek, we're able to forge deeper connections with our fans and deliver a truly personalized approach that anticipates their needs and exceeds their expectations."

Concourse Maps reflects SeatGeek’s broader mission to empower rightsholders to grow the total value of the in-venue experience through technology. By integrating this feature with its fan engagement platform, Rally, SeatGeek is giving teams and venues a tool to personalize and improve every aspect of the event-day journey and earn more share of wallet from it.
While Concourse Maps will initially launch with the Cavaliers, SeatGeek plans to expand the feature to additional partners in the future, building on its mission to make live events more accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
The Concourse Map for Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse is live for Cleveland Cavaliers fans now. Fans can simply open their tickets on SeatGeek and tap on the map to explore everything the venue has to offer.
