Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!sept. 15

Ticket Issue
SeatGeek’s team was great in assistance when the seller was not able to transfer the tickets I purchased. SeatGeek sent us tickets in the same section closer to the rink for no additional cost. Would highly recommend.juil. 10
