Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Seat Geek!! Best prices with fees included! Immediate receipt of tickets via app!! Seat/Row views! The Row Designation line in the stadium chart view! App remembers my “include fees” option (don’t have to constantly check if “fees included” tab is chosen/on)!!Sep 15
