Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Easy to use!
Love this site and use it for all of my tickets! Love that you get a view of the seats. They deliver quickly and have great customer service should you need. They are always reliable. And often a few hundred dollars cheaper than other sites.Aug 23

Most Intuitive App

Very user friendly interface. I’ve used SeatGeek several times and have had a flawless experience every time. Just be mindful of the extra fees to make sure your really getting a good deal. You can toggle on the “See with incl fees” feature to give you a better sense of the value while you search for seats.
