Great App

Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!nov. 19
Excellent ticket source
Easy to navigate ticket website. Just went to the ND vs Pitt game and used SeatGeek. Very reassuring that the tickets are legitimate and are delivered in a timely manner. Much better than buying tickets from someone on the street.sept. 27

Great experience
I buy all my tickets on SeatGeek when possible I just make sure I se the prices to all fees included so there are no surprises. I like that it keeps history of all the events you have bought over the years. Their support team is also very helpful. I bought some World Series tickets once and they were marked as regular tickets in the app and once the seller sent the tickets they came up as obstructed view so I called support and got a full refund.avr. 19

Last Minute Clutch
SeatGeek is awesome! My wife and I tried to purchase tickets through Gametime, but they never sent the tickets. Standing outside of the stadium just before kickoff, we worried that we would miss her first NFL game. Thankfully, SeatGeek sends the tickets directly and efficiently!
