I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. They coordinated with the box office and sent me follow ups every step of the way. Thanks Ash at Seat Geek!

SeatGeek is awesome! My wife and I tried to purchase tickets through Gametime, but they never sent the tickets. SeatGeek has gotten a lot better and easier to use. In the past I would avoid it, but they have really worked hard and making it easy and intuitive to use.
