I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. it does the job and i like the lack of secretive fees. though, i would recommend to anyone to check the website of the event/artist to see if there are competitive prices. additionally, i would recommend checking axs.

I have most of the ticket apps, but SeatGeek is the only one I use. The tickets are consistently cheaper than other apps, and I love the feature they have where you can see the view from your seat! I will always recommend!
