Great Customer Service
I tested positive for Covid one day before I was scheduled to see a show I had been looking forward to for a long time. I called support and at 10 pm on a Monday they were able to transfer my tickets to the same seats the following month, to a date of my choosing. Seat geek is awesome.
I am so happy with SeatGeek! It is a much friendlier user interface than StubHub. I had some really bad experiences with StubHub lately. Their customer service is horrible. However has been nothing but exceptional and the selection and service is incredible.oct. 13

Better than expected
As a long time user of Ticketmaster and LiveNation they end up having so many charging fees hidden and with the whole Ticketmaster fiasco I’ve been looking for a new place to get tickets and this one is amazing they include fees so I won’t have to be bothered with guessing how much more it’d beoct. 16

Very convenient to sell tickets. SeatGeek provides a recommended price and then lists your tickets as a good or bad deal. Every pair of tickets that I’ve listed has sold quickly and they only charge a 10% fee for the sale, not bad at all.mai 28

Looking for the best ticket prices for a game or concert seat geek is a must have! While it's nice to have on your iPhone while on the go...using it on your iPad is the best! I've used it a lot of times and have gone to some of the biggest events while not paying an arm and a leg!mai 16
